Please complete this application ONLY if you are a current or former member of the Harvard University Band. Becoming a registered member will give you access to Band and Band Alumni Resources, such as marching and cheer sheet music. Check reunion communications from the Band for an express password which can expedite your approval.

You MUST be a former member of the Harvard University Band, Jazz Bands, or Wind Ensemble for your registration to be approved. If the information you provide does not match anyone in our database, you will not be approved.

By submitting this application, you affirm that all of the information provided is true. You also affirm that you are either a current member of the Harvard University Band or that you were a member of the Band, Wind Ensemble, or Jazz Bands when you attended Harvard / Radcliffe in the past.
